We ship within the United States and internationally. Every watch is packaged carefully, shipped with tracking, and insured for its full purchase value.

Domestic Shipping

  • Signature required upon delivery
  • Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days
  • Carrier and shipping cost confirmed at time of purchase

International Shipping

  • Tracked and insured international shipping
  • Signature required upon delivery
  • Delivery times vary by destination
  • Buyer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, or charges required by their country

Shipping Notes

Orders are processed after payment is confirmed. Tracking information will be provided once the watch has been paid for.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes. If you have specific shipping needs, please contact us before purchasing.

Local Pickup & Viewing

Local viewing and pickup may be available in Honolulu, Hawaiʻi, by appointment.

Returns

We do our best to describe every watch accurately and provide clear photos of the exact piece being sold.

Because we deal in pre-owned, vintage, and collectible watches, each piece may show age, wear, prior polishing, service history, or imperfections consistent with its age. These details will be described and photographed as clearly as possible.

Returns may be requested within 14 days of confirmed delivery. To be eligible, the watch must be returned in the same condition it was received, with all included items and accessories.

Condition details, age-related wear, prior polishing, service history, and characteristics clearly shown or described in the listing are not considered misrepresentation.

Return Conditions

  • All original packaging, accessories, box, papers, links, tags, service records, or included items must be returned
  • Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our end
  • Refunds are issued after the watch has been received and inspected
  • Watches that have been worn, sized, altered, opened, damaged, serviced, or tampered with after delivery are not eligible for return

Non-Returnable

  • Watches that have been worn, adjusted, sized, altered, opened, damaged, serviced, or tampered with after delivery
  • Watches returned without prior approval
  • Items accurately described and photographed in the listing
  • Items missing original packaging, accessories, links, box, papers, tags, service records, or included items
