Shipping

We ship within the United States and to select international destinations. Every watch is carefully packaged, fully insured for its purchase value, and shipped with tracking.

Domestic Shipping

  • Tracked and fully insured shipping

  • Signature required upon delivery

  • Estimated delivery within 2–5 business days

  • Carrier and shipping cost confirmed at checkout or before purchase

International Shipping

  • Tracked and fully insured international shipping

  • Signature required where available

  • Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing

  • Buyers are responsible for all applicable import duties, taxes, customs fees, and related charges

Shipping Information

Orders are processed after payment has been confirmed. Tracking information will be provided once the order has shipped.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please contact us before purchasing if you have specific delivery requirements.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, customs processing, weather, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.

Local Viewing and Pickup

Local viewing and pickup may be available in Honolulu, Hawaiʻi, by appointment.

Returns

Eligible purchases may be returned in accordance with our 30-Day Return Policy. Watches must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. Please review our complete Refund Policy before purchasing.
