Piece Of Time Honolulu LLC ("we," "us") runs pieceoftimehonolulu.com on Shopify. These terms apply when you use the site or buy from us. By doing either, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. You must be 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live) to buy from us.

1. Vintage and pre-owned watches
Most of our watches are vintage or pre-owned. Scratches, wear, polishing, patina, service parts and bracelet stretch are normal for their age and are not defects when they are shown in the photos or described in the listing. The photos are part of the description, so please look through all of them. Unless the listing says otherwise, measurements are approximate, water resistance is not guaranteed, and timekeeping varies with age and use. If you want more photos or details, ask before you buy.

2. Authenticity
Every watch is opened and inspected by us before it is listed, and we never knowingly sell counterfeits. We are an independent dealer, not an authorized dealer of Rolex, Omega, Cartier, Patek Philippe or any other brand. Brand names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to describe the watches.

3. Orders and availability
Most watches are one of a kind and may be listed on other channels at the same time, so an item in your cart is not reserved. The confirmation email means we received your order. The sale is confirmed when we accept it or ship it. We may cancel an order if the watch is no longer available, a listing or price is wrong, payment can't be verified, we suspect fraud, or shipping to your destination isn't possible or would break U.S. export or sanctions laws. If we cancel after you've paid, you get a full refund.

4. Prices and payment
Prices may change without notice. You pay the price shown at checkout, plus any taxes shown there, and we may correct obvious errors before accepting an order. On high-value orders we may verify your identity, payment or address before shipping.

5. Chargebacks
If something looks wrong with a charge, contact us first. It is almost always faster. Please don't file a chargeback for something our Refund Policy covers. If you do, we may respond with our records of the sale. This does not limit any rights you have under law or your card's rules.

6. Shipping
Shipping within the U.S. is free, fully insured and requires a signature, and usually arrives 2–5 business days after the watch ships. International orders ship insured. Duties, import taxes and customs fees are paid by the buyer, and we will not mark a package as a gift or declare a lower value. We don't ship to P.O. boxes. Delivery dates are estimates. Once the carrier confirms delivery to your address, the watch is your responsibility, so tell us right away about any lost, late or damaged package. See our Shipping Policy for details.

7. Returns
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your watch. Contact us before sending anything back. Returns sent without our approval may not be accepted. The watch must come back in the same condition it arrived in: not worn beyond trying it on, not sized, opened, polished, serviced or damaged, and with the box, papers and everything else it came with. We issue the refund after we receive and inspect it. Items marked final sale can't be returned. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

8. Warranty
If a watch comes with a warranty, it will be written in the listing or on your invoice. Otherwise, and to the extent the law allows, watches are sold as described with no extra warranty on accuracy, water resistance or servicing. When we do give a written warranty, implied warranties on that watch last for the length of that warranty. Opening, servicing or getting a watch wet can void our warranty. Manufacturer warranties may not transfer on pre-owned watches.

9. Selling or trading your watch
Quotes based on photos are estimates. Our final offer comes after we inspect the watch in hand and may change based on condition, authenticity or anything not disclosed. By sending us a watch, you confirm that you own it or are allowed to sell it, that it isn't stolen or owed on, and that you've told us about any known problems, replaced parts or service history.

10. Using this site
Our photos, descriptions and branding belong to us. Don't copy or reuse them without our permission. Don't use the site for fraud, to give false information, to scrape it, or to interfere with how it works. If you send us a review or photo, we may use it on our site and social media. You are responsible for any losses caused by misuse of the site or false information you give us.

11. Messages from us
We'll email or text you about your order. We only send marketing if you sign up, and you can unsubscribe any time. How we handle your information is covered in our Privacy Policy.

12. Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. We are not responsible for delays outside our control, such as weather, carrier or customs delays, or outages. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that can't be waived by law.

13. Disputes
If there's a problem, email us first at contact@pieceoftimehonolulu.com and give us 30 days to try to fix it. These terms are governed by the laws of Hawaiʻi. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts in Honolulu, except small-claims cases and any consumer protections where you live that can't be waived.

14. Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. Changes do not affect orders already placed.
