Vintage Seiko Diver Automatic 6105-8000 Mens Wrist Watch Rare Working Well
Description
1968–1970 Seiko 6105-8000 "Slim Willard" Diver — Stainless Steel
The first of Seiko's 6105 divers, the 8000 is known to collectors as the "Slim Willard" — the symmetrical cushion-case predecessor to the asymmetric 8110 made famous in Apocalypse Now, and considerably scarcer today. The matte black dial features applied square lume-filled markers, a sword hour hand, pencil minute hand, and lollipop seconds hand, with a date window at 3 o'clock beneath domed Hardlex. Powered by the Seiko caliber 6105A automatic, serviced and running well.
