Yes. Every watch is carefully reviewed before being listed. If we have concerns about authenticity, we do not offer the watch.

Where are your watches from?

Every watch we offer is carefully handpicked for its condition, rarity, brand, and heritage. We source locally here in Hawaiʻi, as well as from trusted dealers, private collectors, and industry connections around the world.

Are the photos of the actual watch?

Yes. All photos are of the exact watch being sold — no stock photos.

How do I buy a watch?
Some watches can be purchased directly through the website. For higher-value pieces, please use the Contact to Purchase or Request Invoice option and we’ll arrange the transaction directly.

Can I see a watch in person?
Yes. Local Honolulu viewings are available by appointment.

What payments do you accept?
We accept major payment methods, including card, bank transfer, and direct arrangements depending on the watch.

Are taxes included in the price?
Taxes are calculated at checkout based on your location and applicable local laws. These charges are not set by Piece of Time Honolulu and are non-negotiable.

Condition & Authenticity

How do you describe condition?
We describe each watch as clearly as possible, including visible wear, flaws, service notes, and age-related details. Vintage watches may show normal wear, and we do our best to disclose that upfront.

Do watches come with box and papers?
Each listing states exactly what is included. If box, papers, service records, or accessories are included, they will be shown and mentioned clearly.

Shipping

Do you ship?
Yes. We ship domestically and internationally.

Is shipping insured?
Yes. Watches are shipped insured with tracking and signature required.

How long does shipping take?
Domestic shipping usually takes 2–5 business days. International shipping depends on the destination.

Do you buy watches?
Yes. We review select vintage, luxury, and collectible watches for purchase.

Do you accept trades?
Yes. Trades are considered case by case.

How do I get a quote?
Send the brand, model, condition, box/papers, service history if known, asking price if you have one, and clear photos through our Sell or Trade page.
